PICTURE CONSENT

Consent to use of photographic images. Registration and attendance or participation in the Air Medical Transport Conference (AMTC) constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the AMTCs use and distribution (both now and in the future ) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, digital and audio tapes of such events and activities to illustrate and promote the AMTC experience.

Payment is required to complete online registration. If you wish to pay by check, you may download and complete the registration form and send it with payment to the address listed on the form. CANCELLATION/REFUNDS

To cancel or make changes to hotel reservations, please contact the hotel directly. To cancel conference registration please email info@aams.org with 'AMTC Conference Cancellation' in the subject line. Cancellations received before October 17, 2019 will receive a full refund less a $100 processing fee. After this date, registrations are non-refundable, but may be transferred for this meeting to another individual from your organization/company PRIOR to arrival. Once the conference has started, registration transfers will not be accepted.
